Digital archival printing (sometimes
called giclée) is a process that enables artists
and photographers to obtain high quality faithful reproductions
of their work on acid free materials such as watercolour
paper, canvas and photographic based paper.
The inks have a greater permanence than those used
in most other methods of printing. The method is not
appropriate for large quantities but more generally
used for single prints or small editions.
